All the hotels are close to eachother. In front of the Intercontinental is the metro line 4 station "Stadtpark, in front of the hilton is the metro line 3 station called "Wien Mitte", in front of the Marriott is the metro line 3 station "Stubentor all the hotels are in walking distance to eachother. Infront of the hotel Bristol and Imperial is the metro station " Karlsplatz". All these hotels are in the very center of town.

Most of hotels have " The Vienna Nightguide" which is a folder full with adresses of nightclubs, escort agencies.

Is it easy to find the appartement / parlour once you're buzzed in the building? I understood the appartement is located upstairs but wich floor?

You should go for hotels around " The Ringstrasse" such as the Intercontinental, Marriott, Hilton Vienna, Le Meridien,

If you have a bigger wallet you should go for the Hotel Sacher, Hotel Bristol or Imperial which are part of the Starwood hotel chain the brand is called "The Luxury Collection".

All the hotels I mentioned are in the first district in Vienna and are close to nightlife and nightclubs.

Golden Time is not in the center of Vienna nevertheless you can get there easily by underground. All the hotels are close to public transportation.

BTW, I was at GT four nights in a row and Paula and Xenia were not there. Quite a few girls said that they come for few weeks and go back to their home country for few weeks. I did not notice much of that in Germany but Vienna being closer probably also makes it easy for them to do that.
