Anyone had experience with apartment style accommodations instead of hotel? Not sure if taking a maxim group would be allowed at an apartment?

This is virtually across the street of Maxim and probably not expensive, just 15 meters away. On that same street is also a Motel ONE which is brand new. I don't know about the quality, though. LE Meridien, THE RING Hotel, Grand Hotel, Imperial Hotel, Hotel Bristol, Hotel Sacher are other hotels which are in walking distance of 2-3 minutes.
