Exactly! These girls are charging these rates because they have made nothing all day, or the fact they are pretty, and hoping for someone to be suckered.

The very survival of GT seems reliant as more of a novelty for tourist who enjoy the convenience of quantity within a short timeframe. I'm out of ideas as to why visit GT. Food is average. Facilities are minimal. Rest locations are near non existent. All that at an Entry cost of +30% more than 30 minutes studio booking with a girl elsewhere in Vienna.

I'm curious as to the reason forum mongers still visit GT. Am I missing something?

I think it is as simple as: "FKK or nothing" for some international sex travellers. Since German FKKs are very different in price structure compared to GT Vienna these days, this is a take it or leave it situation. Yeah, it was better once. Right now it is rather expensive compared to Germany's FKKs. I don't think GT's existance is in any danger. The concept is still good. They just don't have a grasp on their girls' prices at the moment.

- GT's competition is indirect with all the other sex businesses in Vienna, even the really expensive places like Babylon. GT's competition should result in GT management doing what they can to secure more of the market share.

- If I were GT's CEO, I would be concerned that sauna clubs would become so far down on the list of "go-to" sex establishments that its very survivability would be in question. If they do nothing, they may open their doors someday and there will be nobody waiting outside wanting to come in.

So, I'd suggest that GT's real competition are all the other ways that guys can buy sex in Vienna for a much better return on investment.

I hope and believe that GT will pick itself up out of this slump in which it is right now. How they'll manage to do so, I don't know yet. The fact, as you also stated clearly and correctly, that they have no local FKK competition nearby is their big plus. But right now, the prices are out of control. I agree with you.

From what I have read on this forum, the pricing at GT is outrageous and totally unjustifiable. We are talking about more than Globe prices for what I am sure is inferior service. There is a long discussion about how the prices in Switzerland have fallen dramatically during the last decade, post Covid developments notwithstanding. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love Vienna it is one my favorite cities on the planet, but with prices like this I don't see how this club can remain viable. For old times sake I visited the club during May 2022 just for a research trip and I spoke to the girls and did not go with any of them. I was at GT Linz which was fine price wise but the girls are not as hot to say the least.

I don't think there is enough of a market in Vienna for this price level despite the fact that GT has no real local competitors. Anyhow the prices are up in Funpalast as well, last time I was there was 2019. In Germany the prices are up but they are not out of control and there is some logic to the new pricing, one can frequently get 60 minutes full service for 150 Euros. I don't see how this club can do well given the prices.

Will prices inevitably creep downward or stabilize at a reasonable level? I would love to hear the opinion of locals on this question?

Its more like a bar, girls will ask you once, and leave you alone if you don't buy them a drink. You basically buy a bottle and they sit with you till the bottle is done.

Maxim is a neither a bordello nor a FKK club, but a night club / bar. Which means:

- It is not open in daytime, and does not get going before, say ... 10 pm?
- You mingle with girls and gents in the bar.
- The girls are nicely dressed (no nudity).
- Needless to say there are no spa facilities (except for showers in the private rooms of course). Some of the private rooms have jacuzzis.
- There is no food (but plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood).
- There is a strip pole at Maxim's. I am not quite sure how many of the girls that will dance / strip, or at what time. When they do, it is definitively a good time to evaluate the options.
- No entrance fee, and you can hang around as long as you wish.

Regarding the last point. While it is true that you can hang around as long as you wish for free, it is expected that you buy a drink yourself and to a lady of your interest. This is how the club earn money. If you don't, the attention from the girls will be absolutely zero after 45- 60 mnts. You will quickly become bored and leave, trust me.

One small detail: When you buy a girl a drink, she will stay with you for like 15- 20 mnts. You can ask her anything about what you desire. In fact, SHE will definitively interview YOU about what you are looking for (type of girl, service demands, prices). Pay attention, as she will probably suggest girls that will meet your service demands (if she herself cannot provide them). If you indicate that you are interested in a particular girl, you can be certain it won't take long before she is sitting on your lap. The girl will make sure.

Aparently this question is never getting old.

Maxim is the polar opposite of FKK style. There is no entry fee, people are dressed and not in bathrobe, there is no spa or sauna area. It is a sexbar with occasional strippers dancing to present themselves. Girls will not constantly bother but they will obviously ask for drinks because this is just how it is in Sexbars and how it has been in Austria since the beginning of time. In Austria FKKs are the anomaly and not the norm which is why you can't compare the German FKK scenery to Austria at all.

Some GT girls really push it to the next level. On my visit on Thursday, one girl there. Who wasn't the hottest and in her early 30's. Actually admitted that she won't do an hour for less than 300 euros. The reason being that there aren't many clients anymore at GT, so she upgraded herself and the prices because of. Be aware of the Hungarian scammers in Laufhaus Rachel! A few Hungarian sex workers book ads on sex catalogs and add all of the services there, many of them without condoms, to lure possible clients. They discuss the services with clients via WhatsApp and offer relatively cheap prices.
