My recommendation is Goldentime or Funpalast. Goldentime is my first choice. They open at 11 am.

I found easy access by public transport taking the S7 slow train towards the airport from Wien Mitte or Prater to Gieselberg Str. It's only 2 or 3 stops and runs every 30 minutes in both directions. Last train back at about 12.30. From this station turn right at the exit walking up the slight hill on a main road till you reach a main elevated road that is in a sort of shielded tunnel. Fresh is open again. It was closed for a while.
