My understanding is that at Goldentime they are. I once say a girl present a card to the lady at the front desk and I asked her what this was? She said this was a "prostitution card" meaning a summary of health checkups.

One of their regular taxi drivers also told me they are checked regularly, so I would not worry about this at Goldentime.
