It's hard to tell from their website whether or not they are trying to compete with Maxim or Babylon since their "jobs" tab says they are looking for "dancer, stripper or VIP hostess". None of the few pictures they posted are of any session rooms.

It might be hard to tell from the website but common sense dictates that it is exactly what they have in mind. Wouldn't be surprised to see a few familiar faces there, too, that we know from the other established clubs already.

I suggest to wait for first reports. Objectively there are many things going for them. The club has been nice also before the renovation work already and now is probably better. Judging by what we know so far. It will all rely upon which girls will work there in the future. It's written Sixsens if you need to look it up on google maps. It's easy to miss on the road there actually. So you need to use google maps. And there is a sign as well at the roundabout by the police station I think I recall, but it wasn't that well placed.
