What others have said about Fresh is accurate. If you're into FKKs, it's fine. Both Fresh and Fun-Palast are one stop apart on the WLB (Badner Bahn) tram you can catch (ironically) near Maxim. Fresh is about 150 m from the stop and FP is about 500 m from its stop. (For that matter, GT is a 1 km walk from the S-7 tram) Fresh hosts Video Rudi's gangbangs a couple of times per month. For me, Fresh is the farthest away from the rest of my colleagues who accompany me to Vienna.
