Seems Andiamo will not re-open on 1st July and nobody knows when will reopen.

Rules created by the government will be the same for every club, without a doubt.

If certain clubs will add their own even more restricted rules then this is their cup of tea, of course.

I don't believe that no oral without protection is a rule that the government made. I might be wrong, though, but I don't think that is the case at all. As far as I know there are really definite rules regarding hygiene in the club area but no rules regarding the sexual act at all. Only suggestions. A violation of a suggestion will not be a problem.
