I was in Innsbruck in 2015 and 2016. Both these times I found this particular club Villa-O / Lady-O near the Innsbruck Hbf. Perfect for my mongering needs. But this time I went around the lady flat out told me it's 160 euros / hour. I was super shocked! She flatly refused to come down with the prices or reduce the duration. The other place I tried to visit was Maxim Haida. I would strongly avoid this one as they supposedly call themselves a "private club" but they give you very misleading info on the phone. I called the up the number on their website and was told to come down anytime. Once I landed up there, there was this really built guy who was super rude to me about the place and asked me to fuck off.

I used to love Innsbruck for its laid back nature and nice (but very costly compared to Vienna) mongering scene.

I do not like the idea of waiting too long for a free room.

I think it's possible, if you have a room in a Wellcum hotel. A club and a hotel are in the same building and have common entrance. I had to wait for a room few times, but not more than 5-15 minutes, enjoyed in a chat with a girl.

Wellcum is a suitable FKK club for a newbies. It's also a nice place as itself. You will not see buses of tourists there and girls will not annoy you, except some newcomers maybe, who don't know regulars yet. On party days could be overcrowded with queues before rooms, but this should not be a reason to avoid parties in Wellcum.

About kissing: I've never been asked for extra money, but some girls could ask for it at least for FK. Some don't kiss at all or kiss "only by sympathy".

You can save some money and come to Arnoldstein from Villach by train. Wellcum is about 3 km away from Arnoldstein train station.

Under normal circumstances I would say it is totally fine to go to Andiamo because it has always been a very good and recently still a reasonable place to have fun at.

However given the most recent reports Wellcum is the place to be and it might even be worth the extra taxi fare or you might consider using the hotel at Wellcum if that is at all an option for you. Lineup at Wellcum will almost certainly be better than Andiamo's.
