Baku is very good mongering destination. Best place is Tunnel Club and this club is part of Hotel Grand Europe Baku. This hotel is totally girl friendly although they ask you to register lady at the reception. You and lady will undertake that you are responsible for any damages done in the room while you stay. Better currency is US $ and you can exchange in your hotel (bad rate 1 usd = 1.55 manat), where as bank pays at least $1.70. However near fountain square as you enter into old city, there is shah palace hotel and it has money changer for public they offer bit better rate around $1.65. So, Baku is good for mongering and good variety.

Note: although you can walk in from Tunnel club to hotel Grand Europe and take lift to your room from a floor below reception, but beware, a person is look at video camera specially for that lift and stairs next to that. If you try to go straight to room, security will come to your room and ask to register the guest. Better go by yourself to the room and register as this hotel will not charge you any extra except walk of shame and signing responsibility statement.

Baku is full on mongering scene. Status Bar (Bulbul Ave, Baku, Azerbaijan) will be close to your hotel. It opens 9 pm but most girls come by 10-11 pm. Girls are 5-8.
