This evening checked the RLD in Antwerp for the first time (I live in Brussels, so never got really to get there).
Despite windows are not my cup of tea, nothing prevents me from comparing windows with windows, I believe ... And here is what I've got to say: Comparing with the three other venues - Amsterdam/Central, Amsterdam/Spui and Brussels - I've been many times to, Antwerp has turned out to be a solid Number One. I will tell you even more. In my opinion this place is as classy as a windows RLD can be.
Everything is built keeping both customer and girls in mind. The district is arranged as a block, rather than stretched along selected streets. This makes "navigation", if I may, easier as you do not get out of the district to the side streets [grey and dirty usually]. The streets are wide enough not to run over a fellow customer who looks at neighbouring windows. There are plenty of pissoirs for such an area, which I also find quite nice. Finally, the place itself (all the streets!) is very clean.
Windows are stylish! If not brand new, then at least everything is taken good care of, so that it looks new. As already said, this was my first time so I've got to see one room only. Very spacey; with all necessary things for a girl to keep herself and the customer tidy. High ceiling. Big bed.
