Cis7641, you can find black girls on the sterets that run parallel to Rue Aerschot. These are Rue des Plantes and Rue de Linné. And also on another one that crosses the both. These are, essentially, two-three blocks which are situated right behind Rue Aerschot once you take the exit from the Brussels-North train station (you might also want to check this thread for furhter info; they were reviewed somewhat earlier).
