For me, the rate you mention is the top end of the market. All depends what you are after, something quick and dirty or more sensual. Tantric places like Mary Hash and Anna Burn charge this rate but only for HJ (and Mary Hash with no "completion"!). Or you can pay 80 euro for 1 hour at Thai massage place, of which there are plenty but all outside Brussels or in suburbs. Day 2 began with the normal tourist activities such as the hop-on and hop-off bus city tour, this cost 16e. But it does allow you to see the whole city and better get your bearings.
