Sorry man, but your report is totally inacurrate and unexact. For instance, there is not enough place for hundreds of guys in hoodies. Furthermore, as it is very frequently patrolled by police, either in cars, on foot, on bicycles, it is one of the safest places of Brussels to have a walk.
