I visited club cocoon on 2nd Sept. There was a party from 12 h -18 h.

I was looking for the party so I reach just a few minutes before 12.

Well I was at least calm that it is not illegal but there are many rules that can be twisted to make it a nightmare form anyone.

Well after about 30 minutes a police guy from a gourp of amost 20-25 of them came to the center amonst us guys (customers) waiting there and said some thing in french. And walked of. I asked the guy beside me on what was said and he again repaeted the police said that it was a control and they were checking some stuff and this party is now over. I said fuck the party what will happen to us and he again replied I don't know he did not say anything on that front.

Well after some time some other guys were talking to a few other police guys guarding us to avoid any incident came back with the news that it was not a problem for us customers but we need to show our identification.

Well slowly one after one in gourp of 5 they hand picked us and asked us to move towards the locker area. I was not among the first 4 our five groups that went. What was really happeneing there was unknown but almost 5 people were sent back to us complete dressed and the rest were not sent back. I was wonderring what was happeneing.

It was my turn to go to the locker room on reaching there the police guy asked me to open my locker and get dressed fast. I was getting ready as fast as I could and after being ready he asked me if I had identification. Said yes he said ok. Another guy from the group was also a foreigner like me but he was not carring his passport and had left it back at the hotel.

The police told me I had to go down to another group of police guys to show my identification and told the other guy to back to the bar area. The other guy asked why and he said since he doesn't have identification he will have to go with them to the police station. I felt sorry for that guy but went I level down to another group of police. One police form them asked me for my identification and took it to another office holding my passport (I was lucky to carry it that day since I had read on the web site that you need to become a member here the first time you visit to enter. So I carried my passport for ID) well the other police guy held my passport scanning the image and me to determine if it was the same person. Asked me my name and checked it with the passport. Then he asked me what I was doing here (I was wonderring here in brussel or here in this club) I simpley answereed I was in a trip to brussels on business and had a free day so I was visiting the club. He asked me if I had a membership card of the place to which I answerred No it was my first time here (And probably my last as well) he asked me how much did I pay to enter and I told him 130 E. He was noting all this down on a sheet of paper. Then he handed me my passport and told me I could go. I took the passport and without looking back I left the place. There was not one outside all the people who had left before me had disappeared so I thought it would be wise for me to disapppear as well.

I waled straight to the main road up ahead and took the metro to my hotel. All this while still worring if anyone was following me. (the mind thinks in stupid way).

Well it was nothing of that sort. But none the less it was a harrowing experience.

After a few hour of the ordeal being over I started to think well that was 130 E down the drain the money I did not even care about while I was in there during the police control.

Well all in all I think its not a good idea to monger in Belgium I would still stick to my FKK in Germany.
