Going to Sofia next weekend.

Could anyone recommend a good Thai-massage in Sofia?

One my last day, I figured out the right approach: I opened to "en. Topescort. Bg", which is the english version of "alo. Bg". There I clicked on "see results on map", and zoomed to my location. I called a girl in walking distance, which obviously had her own flat. Of course it's still hit and miss, but this time I was lucky. The girl spoke well english and texted me the address. So I went there (5 min walk), and 3 girls were expecting me (no pimp). Then I picked one, which was a 8 IMHO. One hour with two times sex including FO was 60 EUR. No kissing so, but apart from that, she was friendly and provided good service.

The benefit of that approach is, that you can just leave without any costs, if you don't like the girls. Don't know, city is run down by communism, but has its charme. They have a nice boulevard, called Vitosha boulevard, with lots of cafes, they have several Orthodox churches, and several antique and communism relics, like a huge conference center from the 70's. There is also a 2000 meter high mountain in front of Sofia you could go to. Every day there are very good "Free Sofia tours" runned by friendly students at the beginning of Vitosha blvd. , which I definitely recommend.

Be aware of taxis: That you sit in a official taxi and the taxi meters is running, does not mean, you are not ripped of. From airport to city my charge was 14 LEV, back it was 60 LEV! The usual charge at day time should be around 0,80 LEV per kilometer.

Next day, I tried my luck with a cab driver:

First place, he showed me was a kind of a bar, only two girls were available. There were in the mid thirties, so I ask him for another place.

Second place, 3 girls each in its early twenties, skinny, in the range 5-6, not proactive at all. Unfortunately I picked one.

I had to pay 150 Lev to the pimp and brought her back to my hotel. Service was even worse than the escort.

It was the kind of mechanical service, you get in the brothels in Frankfurt for 25 EUR.

The cab driver told me, prostitution is illegal in Bulgaria, which underlines that all the Sofia brothel addresses in the internet are probably outdated.

The information you'll find in wikisexguide, is completely overstated. There are no hookers at every corner, the opposite is actually true. In the city center is no street action at all. The information seems to be copy&paste from "https://www.slavic-companions.com/ci...ofia-sex-scene", or the other way around. The massage parlors mentioned are mostly out-dated and don't exist anymore. There is a Strip Club called Velvet at the beginning of the Vitosha Blvd. I did not tried, since I guess its rip-off.
