Sofia Balkan Hotel has a club called "gentlemen" full of girls that you can pick up to your room. But I'm not sure about girls coming from outside. But anyway, it's a big place, nobody would notice if you are accompanied I think.

I visited this massage salon at Knyaz Boris 98. Dreadful experience. 1st part of massage ok, then I turned over and she just seemed to want it over as quick as possible. I had paid extra for her to be naked and normal touching. She kept her underwear on. I didn't want to make a fuss so said nothing. Happy ending: 2 minutes with rubber gloves on.
