Last year, I have been on the Turkish side. Imparator is a good nightclub where you could pick any girls dancing on the floor. Show-girls were mostly Russian, Moldavian and Ukranian. Prices were reasonable. The nightclub are always open throughout the year. It is in the center of Lefkose. Some girls were available during the all day. The swimming pool was full of beautiful girls. But I was there only 2 days. For the next visit, I will book some girls a few days in advance.

I went to the Turkish side ( Thanks to Vegamars for the information ), No problem at border,
Paid Taxi 4 CYP to go to IMPORATOR it was arround 6 PM paid 25 CYP for an hour of encounter, they provided the room also. The manager was saying for the night is US $ 100, but again can only take the girl after 1:00AM. Still much better deal than on the South side.

Also called the same taxi 4 CYP back to boarder. and entered 9 (walked in) on the south side, arround 8 PM.

Just remember the boarder is opened from 7 am till mid night.

I will go to north side for the over night stay durring this weekend.

The good thing about the North is that, except for a few exceptional qualitative girls at Playboy which I don't find that extraordinary, there's always a standard pricing throughout all the clubs for all the girls, exempting the possibility of needless and irritating process of bargaining.

Moreover, there are no hidden costs and you are not necessarily obliged to invite the girl to your table for a drink.

All you need to pay is the entrance fee of 10 bucks which includes your first drink, 50-60 bucks for the hour including the room of 4-star convenience and 100bucks for the night..

You give stellar advice and are quite correct in inferring the scene is much more affordable on the "North" side. Imperator is so easy to find, being right on the main road out of Lefkosia, just before you turn north to Kyrenia/Girne.

About your pricing in the north, however: With all due respect, when was the last time you visited Cyprus? Are you sure your hundred $ ceiling is still valid?

Over the past year or so, prices are increasing dramatically all over the island. With the border now rather relaxed and hordes of Greek men crossing at night for "Fun", Turkish clubs are starting to bring their pricing more in line with what is prevalent in the southern clubs. Not quite parity, but heading in that direction...

There are a numerous number of clubs located on the main road between Girne and Lefkose and it's impossible to spot them while passing along.

The charge is a maximum of 100 bucks for an allnighter and the two top places Imparator and Playboy are always open throughout the year..

I visited Cyprus end of september. I have read the forum and just wanted to add some fun to the sun, there is my report:

Kyrenia (Girne): I'm quite sure there are no clubs in the old city. In the casinos there is only gambling. Maybe some clubs are located out of town, some postings of address/phone would be helpful, else they are not easy to find.

Nicosia: The HP of Imparator and Playboy are not online anymore, I would have visited them but I don't know if they are still open.

Limassol: In one club ("Spicy Girls") they ignored a no for a lady drink and just opened a bottle of champagne. I wanted to leave immediately, after some discussion with the manager I paid 20 CYP. This was the worst experience but you should watch out for rip-offs in general. It was my first evening in a club in Cyprus, so I had to learn the hard way.

I stayed in the Eden Beach apartment hotel (25 CYP), 10 minutes from the old city but not in walking distance of the tourist area. Nice rooms, swimming pool on the roof, you can bypass the reception by stairs or elevator, it would be very convinient to bring a girl.

Taxi drivers are very keen here to bring you to a club, beware!

Paphos: There are about 5 to 10 clubs, some of them located in the middle of the tourist area.

"La Grotte": they have nice girls there. I spent the usual 5 CYP for the entry and 2 lady drinks (10 CYP each). I mentioned to the manager that I would like to take a girl and after a while a got an offer for 150 CYP. I told him that I would think about it (it was my first day in Paphos and I knew from this forum that it shouldn't be more than 100 CYP), but the manager then got quite aggressive and insulting. So I left and didn't go back, but the girl was really good looking and I didn't had the impression that she hates her job.

"Gentlemens Club": manager was nice and not pushing, but girls are only average. I got an offer for 80 CYP.

"Apocalypse": little bit outside of the tourist area, the have only 4 girls, one of them good looking. I went there about 02:00 hoping to get a good offer. I spent one lady drink but when I didn't wanted to pay another one they just closed the club. I didn't insist and just left.

I think that's how it works best to take a girl out:
Go at about 23:30, tell the manager you want to see the show first and stay at the bar. During the show the girls dance topless, later on they don't go topless anymore (or don't dance at all) unless you pay for it.
Soon a girl will approach and try to get a lady drink. Normally this is not the most beautiful one, so better watch the show first and decide later.
If you see your girl tell the manager you want to invite her for a lady drink. This takes about 10 minutes, you probably pay a second drink. If you are sure you want to spend the night with her talk to the manager. You then get an offer, I guess you will need a lot of negiotiation skills to bargain (see experience above), maybe you just have to accept or not.
So for a nice and good looking girl you will spend up to 200 CYP (drinks, bar fine, tip for the girl). The problem is that you have already spent about 30 CYP before you get an offer. There is no flat rate, I guess the price depends on several things (girl, you, how many customers in the club, mood of the manager, etc.).

Some observations/remarks:
- When I got an offer the manager never mentioned to wait until 03:00.
- Everything is organised by the manager, don't ask the girl about prices and conditions.
- Almost all girls are from Ukraina, some from Belarus.
- One girl told me that she gets 600 USD a month, probably just the fix salary.
- One girl told me that she gets only 0.5 CYP from a lady drink.
- Ask the manager first if your hotel accepts a girl in the room, "Alexander the Great" is no problem (best price/value of all hotels in Paphos anyway).
- None of this places has been busy, only 1 or 2 other customers paying lady drinks.
- I couldn't figure out how often a girl is taken out. My impression was it doesn't happen a lot.
- In the "Visitor Yellow Pages" I have seen an ad for an escort service, but I did no investigations on that.

Taking a girl to the hotel is not really cheap, but just staying in the club, see the show and paying some drinks is much too expensive.

I will not return to Cyprus in the next foreseeable time, but any postings will help other travelers to get some fun and no hassles on their trip.

I have to agree with ortos AN is not the place to go to p2p for female friendship when its free just down the road in the bars from the british tourist. Nicosia, larnica and limasol is much better.

I also noticed that someone said they had an offer for 300cyp. man that is a joke!! a 100 cyp is a joke too. Its way too expensive. I have lived on the island for a few years now and know that if your paying more then 6- 80cyp your being ripped off and even that is a bit steep.

1. dont let them know your a tourist ( if that is at all possible ) tell them your living on the island for a while as most of the island is foriegners.

2. dont go to the tourist places such as paphos or Ayia Napa to partake in this sport. Incase you do expect to pay for it though the nose so to speak

3. find a regular club ( notice I didnt say GIRL) get to know the management and they will usually look after you if your spending money there

4. if your going to drink do so before you go to the clubs as most are about 5cyp a bottle

The upper price to take a girl out from a cabaret in Cyprus is 80 Cyprus pounds + 30 Cyprus pounds for the girl. There are much cheaper places, especially outside Nicosia although the quality of girls may vary. This price includes the girls drinks (mostly water with juice). In some places you can arrange to meet the girl during the day for much less (40+30). You have to wait until closing time (around 3:30 a.m). It costs more or maybe it is not possible to take a girl out earlier. The elite cabarets charge this price. Do not accept more than this price. Prices for customer drinks are 5-6 Cyprus Pounds and for girls drinks are 12-14 pounds. Exchange rate is 2.1$ for a pound.

I live in Cyprus and have a flat in Paralimni, next to Ay. Napa. I know the club you describe, but have never been there...there are better places to go for this hobby than Ay Napa...

But I often eat late dinners at an all-night restaurant in Paralimni. Quite often, one notices, local middle-aged men bringing in an eastern European looking girl in her twenties to have dinner, late at night/early morning. I'm sure some are Romanian girls from Ideal. I think you can probably negotiate an all-night fee so you can bring the girls back to your hotel room or apartment, if the price is right.

I was on vacation with some friends in Ayia Napa last year. One night we decided we wanted to see a strip show and asked a taxi driver what he could recommend. He took us to a club called "Ideal Nightclub" about 6-7 minutes of driving from the center of Ayia Napa.

There was lots of girls there. Some of them dancing and some of them walking around trying to get people for private dance for 20 pounds for just a few minutes (which is obviously a total rip-off) Except for one girl I would rate as a 3, the rest was very nice, all from 6-8. Mostly romanian girls.

One romanian girl came over to me and started a coversation with me. She said she was 20 year old and that her name was Raluca. She touched me and even let me touch her ass too, just to get me buying a private dance. Very good looking girl, but since I went with all my friends I didn't want to go with any of them because it would have been a little embarresing.

So my question is: Has anyone been to that club? Would be great to get some more information about the girls, prices and if they will come with you to your hotel etc.

What about other clubs in Ayia Napa? I am thinking about going back there and some more info about this area would be great.

This is my experience in the city of Limassol. I have picked up an amazing Romanian from a strip club called Di Appio. The club is on the main street in the city just before getting to the tourist area coming from the old town. The girls range from 6-9. The usual thing, you have to pay the manager in the club to take the girl and tip here too. He first asked for £300 which is about $640. After some negotiations, he agreed on £100. I also tipped here £40. Very friendly, GFE, really good service. Most girls in the place speak English. In my case, she was fluent! The same thing applies to all other clubs, such as silk and vilvet, mirage, and the clubs in the old town (euro square). Just do not accept to pay more that £100.

hedonist: after going to the north and seeing what the "state" has done to the churchs or to be accurate not done yet what they have done to the mosques i have to disagree with you no mater what propoganda most of them like to put out.

look guys i have no interest about politics, as i am american and not cypriot ( turk or greek). however i live here and to promote one side over the other when they both have good points and bad is idiotic

the north is cheaper yet there seem to only be 3-4 places to go.
the girls seem to be all about the business and not much of a gfe.

the south is a bit more expensive between 30 - 50 cyp for a quickie in the club and about the same with the girl on the side at her time. never arrange with the bar to take the girl out as she will make arrangements and more money on her own and you will save.

btw there is legislation in progress in the south to legalize prostitution ( like it isnt legal now lol ).

Just talk to the old Turkish Cypriots (real Turkish Cypriots in the North speak English and Greek besides Turkish) when in the North and you will find out what kind of pain they went through prior to the Turkish invasion. Turks did not invade the island out of blue.

Deep Diver: The TRNC is a secular state, not a muslim one!!! It is full of casinos, *****houses, holiday villages, bars, pubs etc that openly and legally operate. In which muslim state can you imagine such establishments?

I hope in future Greeks and Turks will manage to live together peacefully in Cyprus. Until then I advise fellow mongerers to ignore all sorts of propaganda and enjoy the TRNC before all is over. World powers wants a united Cyprus and the mongering heaven called TRNC might not last very long...
