Prague, and anywhere urban in the Czech Republic, has ladies who are English-friendly and tourist-friendly for outcall. I presume your interest in Prague involves the incredible beauty of the cities and the ability to walk around and observe this.

Neither Lisbon nor Madrid can match Prague or Brno in that regard. Sintra, which is a very short train, or relatively inexpensive Uber ride, from Lisbon can match Prague for color and castles. Lisbon is a great city to see If you like old neighborhoods on hills, and the beaches in Cascais (or west of Sintra) are fantastic. But Lisbon itself is not the magic "candy land" of colorful architecture that Prague and Brno offers.

Same with Madrid in terms of needing to do day trips. The art museums in Madrid are possibly the best in Europe, but that is an indoor activity. But if you like old castles and old cities, you would need to take the train from Madrid to Toledo or Segovia. Not hard to do, but like incall versus outcall, some consider it too much of a hassle.

Another city you might consider is Barcelona. It can match Prague in beauty, with the two Gaudi parks, the Gothic Area, its beaches and boardwalk, and the Sagrada Famila. This is the Brno forum. It has a much smaller sex scene than Prague. I had a nice time there although it's been a few years. You're probably better off asking in the Prague forum. Used to love Prague but last time I visited it seems like it had changed a lot for the worse (same can be said for almost every destination).
