Never stayed at The Mark, but generally as long as the lady in question is dressed proper and doesn't look like a street girl there won't be a problem if you walk her in, some hotels ask that you register your guests but that's usually only if they are staying more than a few hours. I have to agree that Prague is not a great destination if you want to just head to the touristy clubs and hope for the best. But if you are willing to do a little research here, you may find that Prague has some of the best hidden gems.
