I would say that most of the time yes, and that includes her having 2 showers, one when she arrives and one before she leaves. Now there are exceptions, some girls will try to leave earlier, but once in a while you'll find a girl that doesn't watch the clock that closely, sure you won't get many extra minutes, but that hour might turn into a hour 10 or even 15 minutes, it all depends on the girl. I would say that it is the rare exception where you actually get 60 min of sex or at least naked time, most of the time there is a little chat, feeling each other out and such before the transaction and showers, and of course some will try to leave early. Now to be honest I havn't met many girls that have left early, but they are there.
