1. Depends. Most are I think, but you may have some issues with a few. Tulip is one such, I've heard. But, as long as you don't bring someone obviously sleazy you should be fine, I think.

2. Again, depends. If you mean like, you pay X sum for her company and Y sum for sex? Then no, I do not think most do that. Most have like "1 hour X sum" which usually includes everything from kissing to BJ to full on penetration (with condom) etc. But it varies from escort to escort. I have to say really a great time and many many girls.
