As you mentioned, the club is tough to find. It is close to the corner of Jungmannova street and Charvatova street right next to a restaurant called Pasha kebab. I went on Saturday arrived around 9:00 PM. You have to phone and pay at the door, and after you pay, you get a locker with a key.

When I arrived there were only a few women and around 10 men. At first, there was no action, and I was feeling disappointed. Around 20 minutes later two couples showed up, but there was still no action. Finally, a couple of the girls headed down the hall and up the stairs to the main room.
