You pay a small fee to essentially look at clothed women in a bar setting. They run the girls out in a lineup. Then you decide if you want to session with them. That is when they charge the fee. Everything in a condom and they charge extras for everything. Some services are not even offered. Several girls just won't kiss. I have never been asked for ID! I wouldn't even see a girl if they required it. The only place where you get asked for ID is in the USA, this is to protect the girls due to it be illegal to sell sex, they just want to make sure you're not the police.
