If you are in US then try to get high paying job in shitty place like San Francisco (Silicon valley salaries are pretty high), save money for few years by quitting alcohol, drugs and most importantly American women. After that move to Thailand, you could definitely live reasonably good life in Thailand. For Czechia maybe you need spend more years or get a remote job like those software engineers. If you put in the effort then definitely it's worth it.

I think it is very naive to believe that large scale trafficking doesn't take place in Prague. There will even be Czech girls from the countryside who are being exploited and trafficked. I'm in a privileged position where I am able and willing to spend a decent amount of money and usually take the girls out of the country. You meant "Nope GentlemanJohn. " he was the one who has no interest if he has to use condoms. He believes he can pay a girl a higher price in order to receive "raw sex".
