I'm not a doctor and this isn't medical advice, but maybe ask about acyclovir or valacyclovir ASAP? I don't know if acyclovir is OTC there though. You might be right, but 9 years or so ago there was a sign on neon club and it was shut down for a month or two. One of the girls had tested positive for hep be or see.
