1) Apparently you don't stay in a hotel and you want just to rent a room for an outcall short service (I mean you don't expect to spend a whole day or a whole week-end with the lady that would fit more with the term "escort".

2) If you receive the lady in "decent" hours (let's say from 10 AM to 7 PM) , normally you won't get any troubles with any hotels.

If the lady comes at night, I think legally the hotel should get her ID but in general in 4 stars (or above) hotels the reception service won't do that.

I'm sure that you are correct that it's able to take a girl out of a privat to my hotel, as far as agreeing that privat girls offer better service, I'll have to disagree I believe that the service always depends on the girl regardless of privat, agency or independent.
