Just did my first trip to Prague recently and had a great time, though the prices were painful compared to my usual stomping grounds in Colombia.

It's like the red light district of Amsterdam except indoors. You pay the girl directly for your time with her, and you also pay an entrance fee of about $15 which let's you come and go for 24 hours. There's also a little bar in there.
