As said by others, you will do better outside of the tourist trap area. Previous poster say that google clubs in Wenceslas Square but that is mistake since there is biggest tourist traps just located, because it is very center of the town and therefore most expensive. Sauna Club is not very good rated here either.

If you are near Wenceslas Square you seem to have the most choices, there is a Club named the Sauna Club, Show Park Davinci, and then there are others like Darling Cabaret and Hot Peppers in the vicinity. You can simply pull up google maps and search for sex clubs Wenceslas Square.
