Just use Adria it is most central located (walking distance to all tourist stuff), and seems to be highest quality, but still not much higher price than those others. I can't comment about girl friendly if you ask that, just generally people have no problems with that in Prague hotels.

It depends on when you go there and how far you consider walking distance from Wenceslas Square, but most escorts seem to prefer at least a 4 star hotel and then you are somewhere around 100 US for a night, especially if you go there during a holiday, it it is more off season you can proberly find a good room for 70-80 US.
