I've never had such issues at [CodeWord900], or any other private for that matter. You pay in advance, and the worst thing that could happen is either getting bad service, or a girl trying to get rid of you before the time is up. There's no universal 100% solution except for choosing reliable privats / girl, and not not accepting the "pressure" to leave early. I've see some people mention the hiring of a guide, although it does not seem as frequent in Prague as other cities.
