During a three week solo trip to Eastern Europe, I spent time in Prague from Aug 14. 20 and wanted to share some of my experiences. After being to Tijuana (several times) , CR, Bulgaria, Poland, Montreal, and much US agency experience, I have a diverse perspective.

K5 Relax. I stopped by for just one night on an off-night and the manager was a very cool guy and gave me a nice tour without putting any pressure at all. Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed with the selection or the setup. I think the place is too small and I kind of felt suffocated. Also, the cover fee and drink prices were pretty high.

Escalade. I think this is the place that the cab drivers like to take you since they undoubtedly get a nice commission. It is the typical, sit down, line the the girls up and bring them up on stage to ask you to choose one. I absolutely don't like this setup at all and was ready to get out of dodge but there was this one tall hot blonde in a skimpy pink outfit that caught my eye and I figured,"why not". The prices were high. 4000 for 30 mins and 5000 for one hour. The drinks were expensive too. 400 each if I remember correctly. After having a double vodka, we moved upstairs. One thing that I will say about the girl is that when the skimpy outfit came off, I was very disappointed to see that the outfit was actually hiding her stretch marks and unattractive midsection. It was too late to do anything about it at that point, but I was not a happy customer. I don't recommend this place.

Darling. This is an absolutely great place. If you are familiar with Tijuana, imagine HK but with hot European women. It is the best place that I found during my Prague trip. The girls come in from several E. Euro countries on one month visas and work here because the girls get a good portion of the fee. They have a nice setup here. The prices are consistent and the room in included. There is no upsell or tipping involved. I also think the prices were reasonable. 3000 (170$) considering the quality of girls available. As for drinks, if you plan to stay and have a few drinks, just get a bottle. 1 bottle is the same cost as about 5 drinks. If you are on a tighter budget, go to the bar and ask for "the 100 crown beer". They will try to give you something else, but send it back and tell them,"I WANT THE 100 CROWN BEER". It isn't a bad beer either. Any other kind of beer will be 300 crowns.

On a side note, Hotel K+K Fenix is directly next door to Darling and Atlas is right across the street. This is an ideal place to stay, although it is pricey.

Bar and Night Club Scene. There are many bars all over the city, and especially in old town. I recommend these only as a warm up or to relax after. In Prague, I didn't get the impression that you would find mongering opportunities in the bars or regular night clubs. However, if you want to have a few drinks for regular prices and possibly meet some other tourists, this is where to go.

I did spend most of my time at the regular bars, clubs, and then Darling. I would have liked to try out the Privats but after reading the mixed experiences, I decided to pass.
