Yes, sure, she dont have to live in city center but if you will look for escort who offer incall in Prague, which one will you choose ? The one who is living in city center or the one who is living far away from city center. If you will come to visit her to her home, will you prefer nice cozy appartment or some old comunistic whatever ? You know, everything cost something and people are looking for quality not for quantity. She is propably same like me, i like to provide quality time in quality appartment located in city center
Another example can be communication. If you going to club you dont need any meeting arrangement or if you going to visit private apartment, you just need to pick up phone and that´s it. But if you arrange meeting with escort it´s different and both sides have to invest some time and sometime even finances into ( phone, sms messages, skype calls - internationall mostly ). For example my dates are arranged in advance. Somebody like to contact me only few days in advance, somebody few weeks in advance but somebody also few months in advance. Those people like to get me know better before our date, they like to exchange informations, speak about everything and nothing ... and this speaking/writting take long time and everytime when i get email is expected that i will answer as soon is possible ... you see, the time investment is pretty big and i never know if that guy who ( for example )exchanged 30th email with me really like to meet with me, or he just like to talk only.
Next example can be advertisement ... do you know how much advertisement cost ? Price for website, webhosting, pictures ( photographer ) ...
For me the most higher expences are for example in equipment. Condoms, lubricants, massage oil.
