Save yourself and your car the trip, and just take the Munich-Prague train. Inexpensive, efficient, and you won't have to worry about parking and other car hassles in Prague. Prague's public transport is great, and will get you to 99% of the places you want to go.

Average prices in Privats is about 80 Euros, and some privats 70 Euros. Privats are very discreet, and offer the best bang for your buck (pardon the pun). Escorts at your hotel may cost you 100 Euros if not more. Compared to Munich, I'd say Prague offers better options for less than what you'd spend in Munich. And that includes food, hotels, public transport, etc.
