the prostitutes are not allowed to offer their services on the street. it is called "raccolage passif" (difficult to translate because it does not even make sense in french) in the law. I live in Paris near Belleville. This is an "how to" document to tackle chineese prostitution in Belleville.

How to get there
In order to get to Belleville, you can take the tube to "Belleville" (for night prostitution and day prostitution) or "Colonel Fabien" station (at night only).
"Colonel Fabien" is where the French Communist Party has got it's head office.
You can also take a taxi to "Rue de la présentation"

How to dress:
Dress casualy in ordinary clothes. Avoid luxury garments or torn jeans.

What girls can be found in Belleville:
You will be able to find chineese girls with an age ranging from 18YO to 60YO. Nevertheless most of them are aged from 35YO to 45YO. The medium age is about 37YO. Girls under 28Yo are extremely rare. A quickie can sometime be understoud as a 1 hour service which is not a quikie! It really depends on the girl. Some of them consider that 40 EUR buys you one hours of GFE. Others consider that it is just 15mn. So the rule of thumb is to offer 30 EUR in the beginning. Then you say 40 EUR. If the girl is "normal" 40 EUR is a good price. If she is young and pretty you can go up to 50 EUR or may be 60 EUR if she is really exceptional which is rare.

The room:
Most of the girls will lead you to a room owned by a friend of them. This is free of charge (apart from what they actualy charge for sex). It is never their own place. That is what they always say... It is also possible that the girl is married to a French guy. The girl can then bring you to her place where you will have the pleasure of screwing the girl on the bed that she shares with her loved husband (poor husband!). Some of these prostitues have managed to lure French guys into marrying them. That way they can't be expelled from France if they get caught prostiting themselves by the french cops. from 12:00CET to 19:00CET :

- The place is really safe unless you act especialy stupidly. There are grocery shops and bars open most of the night.
- bring your passport or ID in case you get controled by the french cops ("les poulets").
