Went Belgium and Visited to RLD which is Near Van Schoonbekeplein, exact on Falconplein, 2000 Antwerpen, Belgium.

There is also a median in the road where they are waiting in groups also. I arrived at 8 pm and there were quite a few around, as previously described they range in age from mid twenties up to 50's.
