Almost all of the listings come from some random photoshoots, and a lot of the reviews are just fake, with some accounts making 50+ identical reviews for different girls. Yes, a lot of fake reviews. There is a "Trusted" filter at the top. Not sure how reliable it is though.

In 6 A, if you write a bad review, the escort or the agency can delete it. So you will read only good reviews.
