I don't think you will get assaulted or robbed. But there's a big chance that the girl you see in the photos will not be the girl you see at the apartment. That's why RDV was so valuable, because you always knew the girl in the photos was the one you would meet. Unfortunately, after recent events, that may no longer be the case. But maybe, they will eventually adjust to the current situation and go back to their previous business model.

If you prefer MILF, look at VipAphrodite agency, no problem except photoshop, girls being now older than on profile. For 6 annonce, many fake profiles with fake photos. I remember Masha claiming to be Norwegian, fake of course.

I don't understand what happens, but I think was not only problem about renting apartments. More and more far from AMR, even already turned Ukrainians with level falling compare to past Russians, but becoming now kind of photoshop small 6 A which is mostly fakes for me.
