I am a French punter, and I can give you some information. You can have trouble only in the street, when police catch you at the moment you negotiate the price or you give money (you should be crazy to show money in the street) For hotel or flat, it is private, police needs a special document from court to enter, so not for tomorrow (excepted if the proxenete is in the room). For girl in hotel, they can be thrown in the street in case of suspicion of prostitution. Indeed. Blackmail or at least threats of it sounds like what would happen if you try to hook up with low-level hookers from dubious suburbs. Excuse me but it's hard to believe. I'm mongering in Paris since more than 15 years, through agencies or independant girls, I've never had problems. And I've never heard stories about what you wrote. I even cannot imagine how some kind of mafia can blackmail a client. Do you have some examples?
