As I have read and heard, Tbilisi as the capital of country is definitely better than Batumi in any terms. Even one of the biggest clubs, Bassiani is placed in Tbilisi. So if you want serious club music, girls and great situation, Tbilisi should be your bet.

Batumi is near the black sea, but not as many clubs as in Tbilisi. Batumi is alive in summer.

I have been in Tbilisi 2 times and both times I had fun!

Not trying to scare anyone, just inform. Trichomoniasis is a parasitic STD. And it has become rampant in Tbilisi. Normally a condom will kepp you safe, but there is an alternative transmission. If the girl who is infected takes a shower and towels off. And you then use the same towel, there is a possibility of transmission. Toilet seats too. The parasite can live outside the host for 30 to 60 minutes. This form of transmission is documented on a number of web sites.
