I will politely tell you what others will tell you, and that is you should read this forum thoroughly. That will answer most of your questions, if you invest some time in it. As for streetwalkers, some of us are having trouble finding them on Kurfurstrasse / Bulowstrasse and some other's don't seem to have a problem finding street hookers. From what I can tell by the reports here, you get what you pay for. Or in some cases it would seem some might have learned the meaning of "false economy". I can't say from experience because I couldn't locate anyone who looked like a street hooker in that area last October.

There are brothels galore. All over town in every neighborhood, and that is probably what you should focus on. Different cities in Germany offer different options.
