I do not know this hotel, but IBIS hotels generally don't give a toss who walks in and out (many East European escorts in Paris hole up in an IBIS for a week and receive countless visitors).

My worry would be whether the beds are really suitable for what you have in mind.

Any hotel close to the S-Bahn and not too far from Westkreuz S-Bahn (for Artemis) should do the trick. S-Bahn maps are available on the internet.

Thanks guys. I tried IBIS, but they did not have availability for all of the nights I wanted. I also looked at Sofitel, but decided on Ku Damm 101 Hotel because it was half as much and was mentioned in an old post as being easy to slip in and out if anyone comes back to the hotel (which may not happen, but good to have the option). These are not really reviews, rather just several reports from over the past weeks.

Nice place in Neuköln. Trouble is, again, it seems to be sort of difficult to actually meet with a lady from the web site. I ventured there a couple of times on the weekend and both times (during posted opening times) there was no answer when I rang the bell.

Finally I phoned and asked after Cindy. I was told she would work Wednesday. On Wednesday I was there, but Cindy was not.

I have long been curious about this place near Gneisenaustr. It is a club/sex kino/pension (rooms in the back) all in one. It has potential. I rolled in there one Wednesday night at about 11:00 pm. Empty except for 4 girls and a very butch female barkeep.

Now to their credit no one pressured me at all for champagne or anything else. But it was a bit awkward being the only male in a club with 4 *****s and a dyke-none of whom attract you in the least. Well the Latvian girl (or woman-early '30's I would say) was sort of okay. I could have convinced myself to try a bj with her but after my Die Modelle experience I am trying to make my pooning $'s count a bit more.

So after a beer I left. And every one was very pleasant about it.

As I mention, the place was nice enough it just need a few more customers and a better variety of ladies. Perhaps I was there to early in the night or in the week. It does appear to be open until 5:00 am.

Thanks for the response Jackyo. Honestly, I am totally open to all options and am not money constrained at all. The basics are fine, but so is something a little nice. I do not know Berlin at all. Have not done my tourist work yet but plan to do some siteseeing for sure (have to fill the non-mongering time you know! ). I also expect to monger a fair bit. Should I set up camp near Artemis you think? Thanks again.

Was last week on business in berlihn and ended up at the Sofitel Dorint on BudapesterStrasse. Good 5 star hotel, 2 S-bahn stations from Artemis. Took altogether about 25 min travel between hotel and club. Artemis allows reentry, so i could go early pm, then back to hotel and officialbusiness dinner, and then back to club late night. S-Bahn close by midnight, but there are taxis waiting all night, and cost to go back to hiotel was 12 Euros.

Are you interested in a place to sleep or must it be more than a place to sleep, d. h. with amenities (pool, workout room, wireless, ... )?

Any preferences in terms of neighborhoods?

I am in Berlin for 3 days from 17Nov and wanted to check with the regulars whether Ibis Berlin Messe hotel has been experienced by any of the punters before?
