Been visiting Berlin for some years, posted a few reports on previous username. Time to update and hopefully be helpful to visitors.

Massage.

The Thai massage places. Those on the internet that are blatantly sensual or erotic are what they are. You will see other normal appearing or even relatively nice looking Thai massage places all over town. A lot of the girls in many but not all of these Thai places will offer extras. Be careful here as many of them cater to non German clientele, so they assume you don't know prices. The operating procedure is that they will offer you a shower, ask if you've been there before, give a half decent massage and then quickly ask if you want extras. The prices for extras is usually more than double the standard listed price of massage and they know they have a horny non German man who doesn't know where else to go for fun. They smell money and will work you over the coals and you will pay way too much for extra rushed and routine to bad service. Note there are several around touristy places—Gendarmenmarkt – Varee massage on Fransosischstr, and near Adlon on Wilhelmstr there used to be a place called Orchid thaimassage, this now is closed, but these types of places are all over town. Forewarned is forearmed.

Non Thai places that offer massage – on Intim -are more legit and less likely to experience the gross upselling, however it will still happen, just not be as totally outrageous.

Other massage.

I've been to Salon Rouge a few times and one gal there first time was reasonable and very attentive and offered a great value for a sensual adventure, but the next time I saw her she was asking for a lot extra for extra services aside from the basic B2B and release. However a colleague of hers there offered absolutely no upselling and I therefore tipped her generously. Paris seems like a good place to unwind but I have no experience there.

Tantra places.

I can only vouch for Kashima or Spiritual Tantra lounge. In the room there is a bed with a TV and you have your own bathroom which is also in the room. The room is about 15-20 square meters and you can lock it. It was completely enough for me.

I've been to EBW. Which used to be great up until their new location. But I'd say Anni Porsche is the best club rn in Berlin.
