Today the Berlin papers (especially the Tagesspiegel) have several articles about current thinking. Some samples include a discussion between a sex workers organization that has developed "a hygiene concept with health authorities. Salon Prestige tried to open in some restricted fashion yesterday Monday but seems immediately to have run into legal problems. Website says they are again closed pending "clarifications". Well it seems if Berliner wants to open, they would of course first read Suisse Romand newspapers. Every government office in Berlin has a subscription. This has been the way here since the time of Frederich II. His palace Sanssouci (which is French for "no worries") is evidence of this.
