Girls have to pay to work in FKK's. They don't in American strip clubs.

They do have to pay, which is one of the ways its legal. The club does not "employ" the dancers, the dancers are a type of customer. They have to pay a stage fee, and a portion of their earnings from the private dancers also goes to the house.
