In my experience there are not so many true teen (18-19) girls working here in Berlin but they do exist. No German should be no problem unless you are the real shy retiring type. Make sure you familiarize yourself with the basics (prices, basic services) and perhaps bring a pocket translator or at least a pad of paper and pen so you can get the cost straight. And I would stick to the more established places where they are less likely to take advantage of a tourist-Tifffany's is a good choice.
