This is just a small reflection on the posting I've written about one and a half months ago, reviewing Tiffany [ http://www.ritter11.de ].
Up to now I've been there three times, all three with Jenny. Every next time is never worse (in fact, always better) then the last. So just confirming all the positive things I've said before.
If all the girls at Tiffany are the same as Jenny to me, Tiffany is the place to be.

Background info: There are two reasons.
Reason one: With regard to the enforcement of (nowadays: former) German laws concerning prostitution, the forms how brothels are commonly operated vary from state to state. It has to do with the ways how the 16 German federal states implemented the laws - in Germany, states implement federal laws and are generally not subject to orders from the federal government; also the courts are (apart from the supreme courts) state courts. Thus, the interpretation of the laws varied from state to state. In some state, FKK clubs were considered alright, in others, there were the Laufhaus type brothels, others rather accepted apartments. In Berlin, the apartments dominated the scene.
Reason two: Until 1990, West Berlin was a kind of island, fenced and walled in, hundreds of miles away from West Germany. It was very likely to meet other people who know you in each and every situation. Thus, with respect to anything which was considered immoral, people in West Berlin preferred perfect anonymity, which they could enjoy in any type of brothel where they did not have to meet anyone. Of course, a Laufhaus is not perfect for this.
Of course, the situation has changed, and there is now a small Laufhaus (Hase), and there are two FKKs (Artemis and La Folie, while the latter is not a "real" FKK because it is lacking the typical facilities). However, the traditionally preferred form still is the apartment style Puff. You find a lot of addresses at http://www.rotlichadresse.de or http://www.bordelle-berlin.info , with many links to apartment homepages.

Posts: 3Is there any Laufhaus area in Berlin? I mean that sort of "hotels" where the girls wait in the door of their room. In some cities there are several of them in the same street, so you can walk a bit and choose the girl you prefer.

"Morality" is not such a goal, but an objective value has to be defined, since, according to the German consitutional law, it is not the duty of the state to tell its inhabitants how they should live, and what they should consider normal. Some judges, particularly in Berlin, started to review the existing laws, and the government did not want to get a "test case" to the Constitutional Court. This was why the Prostitution Act got enacted. I will include a translation of that short below.
Still problematic for the trade are the zoning laws, particularly in Berlin: Brothels are regarded as commercial enterprises (Gewerbebetrieb), which are restricted in residential or mixed areas. In mixed areas, they are legal as long as they do not "objectively disturb". And some local authorities think that they do, not because of morality, but simply because lots of customers walk in and out, park their cars, etc. This is the reason why most bigger brothels are located in industrial areas.

that is shall be illegal to perform prostitution, as far as it is necessary for the protection of the youth or "public morality". The State governments may transfer this right to other authorities. However, prosititution may not be limited to certain single roads or house blocks.
Berlin does not have such a statutory instrument. In any case, prostitution cannot be banned out of a complete state.

Act Regulating the Legal Status of Prostitutes (Prostitution Act - ProstG)
Of 20 December 2001
Section 1
In case that sexual acts had been performed against a remuneration agreed upon before, such agreement shall result in an enforceable claim. The same shall apply in cases where a person keeps him-or herself ready for the performance of such acts for a certain period of time against a remuneration agreed upon before, in particular in connection with an employment relationship.
Section 2
The claim cannot be assigned (to a third party), and can only be asserted in one's own name. The only defence available against a claim according to Section 1 sentence 1 shall be complete non-performance, but against a claim according to Section 1 sentence 2 is shall also be partial non-performance with relation to time. Apart from the defence of performance (section 362 of the Civil Code), and of limitation (of action), all other defences shall be excluded.
Section 3
With respect to prostitutes, the limited power of the employer to give instructions within the context of dependent activities shall not prevent the assumption of (such activity forming) employment within the meaning of social security laws.

Posts: 2983Had another session this week with Lena from Time Out.

Again a fantastic session like last time. This time I went for the 1/2 hr. + FT.
50 Euros + 15 Euros for a total of 65 Euros.
She is very engaging and is, by my definition, as close to a GFE as you can get at a Bordello. The kissing begins before the money changes hands and does not end until you are out the door.
Her oral skills are exceptional IMO and this time she bought Little Angus to his happy ending using just tongue flickers and just the right subtle hand movements. It was quite mind blowing.
Lots of buzz about her on the German forums and about Time Out in general. I also met Marina this time and, while attractive, she seemed not as vivacious as Lena.
I will definitely repeat with Lena.

Jeez almighty! It's a cryin shame. Looks like a lot of our compatriots go to Thailand, marry Thai women, and not the most beautiful ones and then put them to work in seedy massage establishments.
I've been to 2 or 3 of those places, and the small sample told me: Never again. I spend most of my time in Asia, China and Japan. The "Thai" places in Germany give "Asia" a bad name. It's not a good idea to refer to "Asian" women as a whole anyway. A Japanese and a Thai are more different than a Lebanese and a Norwegian. And Japanese women are the best in the universe. Get one and go to heaven.
