I visited recently (2 weeks ago) Cologne and I went to the Pasha a couple of times, as I was there last year and had a very good service for a good price.

Whenever I hit Cologne (not very frequently) I visit the Pascha. I´ve experienced some very different levels of service - from near GFE to absolutely mechanical service. I usually pay a bit more than is expected for regular service up-front, expecting the service to be a tad bit more personal.
