Based on experience back then, I saw no reason to Return.

About 20 woman present, all of them 40 years or older.

Many of them overweight.

Rushed sessions.

Time limit 15 minutes, which in most cases were cut short.

Bring some Food if you intend to stay for a while, because nothing is served there.
