Hello all,

I am going to Dresden in a couple of months, and wanted to know what the latest situation in Dresden?

Looking at previous posts, it looks like there is not much happening there. The last post was from December last year!

Eros centre has a great website, but from the reports, it looks like it's a waste of time. Sauna welt romer looks a better bet. I looked also at the enjoy girls website.

My German is non existent and I only speak English, so I wonder how easy it is to phone up and book a date, or go to a brothel and get a girl there?

Thanks so much PayForIt for the recommendation of Saunawelt Romer, I was there tonight (out of chance my hotel was either a 20-minute walk, or a 5-minute tram ride away! Visited the "Eros Center" in Dresden. It is located on the west side of town on Hamburger Strasse 31). Across the street from an Audi & Volkswagen dealership. I took the #1 tram to get there.

Pretty tiny set-up, looks like a set from a cheesy movie. The Laufhaus ("Haus Hamburg") has about a dozen rooms on two stories. In the early evening only 4 girls were in the Laufhaus. The "Pussy Club" is just a room with some chairs, a bar, a vending machine and a few video gaming / gambling consoles. No one was there. The window shopping strip," Kleine Herbert Strasse" has 8 storefront windows. There were four very bored looking women in the rooms that did not have the curtains closed. A couple said "Hello, but none looked worth stopping for. Next, in what looks like an old warehouse is Wohnung 31. I didn't go in there. Looked too scary.

Completing the center is a strip club, Diamonds. Based on other reports I didn't bother going in. On the Laufhaus web page it said there were 10 girls. They must have been out, since there were only 4. I decided to spend time with Elisa, apt 2. She is tiny spinner from Romania. She claims to be 22 and has been working for 3 years. I say this is 240 for an hour which is the most expensive club I've ever known in Germany. She tells me she does not know how much the girls charge after the 80 euros – it's up to them. I am not filled with hope.

Then I discover the Eros Centre. Not far out of town, on Hamburger Street – sounds interesting. What a great idea, they have a combined centre of a lapdancing bar, then a walkway of girls behind windows in Amsterdam style, then a Haus of Hamburg brothel, and finally a small "street" with more girls. Sounds fascinating and I call. Guy answers immediately and says 15 girls are working – they are all on the website. 18 euros in a cab and I arrive amid a blaze of red lights. Terrific yes? No. I go to the entrance first of the Haus of Hamburg. The brothel. There is not a single person anywhere to be seen as I wander around the place, the rooms etc. There is no receptionist. There is no doorman. The rooms are open and beds await, but no mongers and no girls and no staff. No bar. I wonder if its been raided! Out I go to the avenue of the red windows. Of about 10 windows they are all curtained off and only 2 are open with girls in. At last – a human being! Two in fact – now the party starts yes? No. I approach one of the girls and ask where the bar is. She says in the Pussy Club next door – would I like her company. She is pretty enough but I decide I'll get a beer and see if other options become available from behind some of the closed curtains – the other girl having looked ok but nothing special. I jump a cab and ask to be taken to Babylon and I moan to the driver that in most of Germany there are sauna clubs with lots of pretty girls but not in Dresden. He sharply halts the cab and I'm thinking I've just made a big mistake as walking back into town from here would not be easy or good. But no, he becomes, literally, my knight in shining taxi. He says there IS a sauna club in Dresden but not many people know about it. Called Saunawelt Romer. It is on Kolberstasse (it's that be symbol intead of the ss at the end but I don't have it on my keyboard), 2-4, 01445 Radebeul, Dresden phone number is +49 3518308002. I say I'll risk it. We arrive at this small club in the middle of nowhere and I tell him firmly to wait, I'll happily pay to keep the clock running and I'll be back if I don't like it in here. He says I will like it. It's only 20€ entry. I ask how many girls and the good-English speaking receptionist tells me 10 though 2 are in rooms with guys (there were about 4 cars in the car park). She will not let me come in to see as there are other guests and the girls are in dessous, but if I don't like it after 5 minutes she will call me a cab and give me my 20€ back. Sounds very fair so I tell my knight he can leave – but not before getting his card.

I enter – normal robes / shoes thing and locker room / take a shower. Into the bar downstairs passed a very nice indoor pool and Jacuzzi – pretty dark girl in latter with a huge naked guy. There are (as promised) 8 girls in the bar. I am immediately grateful to my cabbie for taking me to this little oasis as 5 of the 8 girls would do well in Sharks / Oase / Oceans / Artemis. Nearly all Romanians, one Hungarian, one says she is from Spain – I ask which part and start speaking Spanish. She says "the Romanian part" and we all fall about laughing.
